uglue.com Idea Selution Wanted to cancel my order I just placed and Harry said he could not cancel my order and I had to call him Monday to cancel it. Internet

On Friday 7/16/10, I placed a order for uglue tape, as seen on Fox news and called the 1-800-980-7615, and the Uglue process of taking a order us a recording (you can not talk to a sales person, just have to answer yes and no to the recording) and after they get your credit card number they keep adding programs for over five + minuets of other things that I have no interest in, such as Wal-Mart cards and magazines orders. In order to cancel these programs you have to do so after you get them.  I called the customer service # 888-453-1245 and spoke to Harry, told him to cancel my order.  I could not understand him and our connection was poor. He said call back Monday to cancel and he could not cancel it until the order is sent and he hung up on me. Apparently I have to return the items and cancel the added programs on my own and the order will take 4 to 5 weeks so my Credit card will be charged until I return the items at my cost. I believe Fox News or other agency should try and place a order from Uglue and see what I had to go through to understand what fraud is being used against their listeners.
