Ugly Duckling Car Sales mistreated and ripped off outlandish ripoff late fees political corruption rip off scam con artists Phoenix Arizona

My husband and I bought a car from Ugly Duckling and they sold us a car we believe has bben totaled prior without disclosing this fact.

The oil had water in it and after having a mechanic look at it we believe that sugar was put into the gas tank to mask engine problems. As well as finding that the car has engine problems they also proceeded to give out our personal credit information to one of our references when they called them and made threats against us by saying that they were going to report the car as stolen. They embarrassed us and would not make any conselation toward us.

I have tried to contact them to talk about this and all they want is money. Contacted the BBB and got nowhere being they are located out of our city.
