The same thing happened to me, except we paid the $100 in cash, but they said they needed our atm/cred card number for it to go through and they wouldnt charge us on our ATM cause we already paid cash, but they ended up charing me out of my ATM checkings account leaving me with negatives in my bank cause i didnt have enough money in the bank. Now they said they cant retreive our information from 2 weeks ago and so i cant get my refund. i dont think they have authorization to take out that money wihtout letting u know first

If Uhaul had competition they would have gone broke long ago. Unfortunately they are still around causing extreme heartache and chaos. A union was formed in this city with a vote of 45 for and 25 against. Of course what Uhaul is all about is stall, delay and appeal. They appealed their decisions to Washington D.C. and lost every single battle. May 26,2004 the Federal Labor Board trials reconvene after a Uhaul requested 60 day recess. Washington D.C. last decision was that we are a union. Uhaul is now hiring people out of employment agencies to replace the forty-two people fired for voting union after shutting down an eight million dollar repair facility and farming out 98 percent of the major repairs to show the government they were losing money. Anyway I am sure every complaint is valid as this is one dishonest company. Use Penske next time as their trucks are only a maximum of three years old.
