Uhaul Moving and Storage U-Haul Moving and Storage Theft by Deception... A Class Action Suit waiting to happen North Richland Hills Texas

I have used U-Haul to store my stuff for several years.   When I signed up for their services I signed a contract for $19.95 per month for eternity.    Since that time the management at my unit(s) has changed several times.    During this period my rate has been arbitrarily raised in $5 increments.   Each time I state that this is unacceptable.  U-Haul does not care about the consumer, only about their finances.    They continue to break the lease that was signed in good faith by me.    There is no way for a consumer to argue or change the rate they state “must be paid”??     Really?    There is no reason to raise my rate, and I do not accept this arbitrary change.    

I paid 19.95 for a while then have been paying $24.95 until about six months ago when they arbitrarily raised my rate to $29.95, and now already there is a letter stating that it is going up to $34.95 per month.   This is $15 per month additional per unit that I never agreed to in any way.   I have two units.   This means that the units that cost me initially $40 are now costing me $70 per month ?

I am owed back payments for the arbitrary raises forced upon me by your company.  

I am sure that there are millions of unhappy U-Haul consumers that are affected by this mishandling of consumer relations who would be happy to join a class action suit against a corporate bully taking advantage of consumers through wire fraud.
