Uhaul Moving HELP Uhaul Moving Movinghelp.com has not paid me for moving services my company has completed, and refuses to return our calls, Internet

Earlier in the year my company signed up for Movinghelp.com thinking it would be a great help to boost revenue! Boy were we WRONG! movinghelp.com is not very buisness owner friendly, in turn not very customer friendly. They take payment up front from the customers at time of booking without verifying with the company if they even have availability. Im assuming they do this so they can ensure their commision be deducted promptly.

And then when there is no availability they put all the blame on the moving company and not movinghelp.com for booking these appointments without checking availability first. They then give the customers a code and tell them to present it at the end of their move. In order for the Movers to collect payment they must have the "code" for movinghelp.com to send them a check. We have had 2 instances where the "code" was wrong and we were unable to collect payment. After a few attempts at calling there customer service line nobody was able to help me.

In turn we NEVER received payment for the jobs that were completed even though Movinghelp.com had already received payment. Now we are out $400 and how does movinghelp.com thank us? They send us a letter stating that they are terminating us from movinghelp.com with no explination and tell us not to respond to the letter. This company is a complete RIP-OFF!!! I want to warn any companies that use them beware!!!!! They go through moving companies like water!!! And for the customers they will allow ANYONE to become a moving helper!!!!
