UKI LONG DISTANCE TELEMARKETER SCAM & RIP-OFF

Recently my wife was called by a telemarketer who offer her 100 minutes of long distance phone service, this telemarketer did not say which company she was calling from. Later on, we found that this telemarketer had only used portions of the conversation she had with my wife which had been in spanish to edit and make a new conversation in which they had adapted a mechanical voice in english that ask to give authorization to switch long distance carrier (they cut and pasted parts of the conversation in between the spanish conversation, one can tell this right away).

We were then billed by ILD Services who is the Billing Company for UKI Communications, Inc (I think this two companies are partners in crime).

When we contacted the billing company they said they were just the billing company and that we should contact UKI. When I contacted UKI, (after many times of getting a busy signal all the time) I talked to Ron (I think this is a fake name and that he is the only person that answers this phone) who told me that someone had authorized to switch the long distance phone company.

I told him that I knew that his company is known for scamming people. He denied talking about it and said that the only thing he could do was to cancel the service. He said he was not going to give me credit for the long distance calls that had been made from my phone number.

This is outrageous and so illegal that I wish the government did something about this dead beat company. I have yet to correct this whole situation.
