Uksoccershop Stole Money Internet

This company is such a scam. You would think that they would abide with there part of the contract. I placed an order, order #106521 August 29, 2009, I received my order all wrong with the exception of one tracksuit. I followed there instruction on how to return the items, but do not be fooled when they say they cover the cost to send the product back and in fine print you only have 5 days to return the items or the product is yours. So not only did I pay $485.76 US, but I also paid $80.00 Canadian to ship the product by UPS to the UK so that they receive it before the 5 days expired. I have placed several tickets with them as this is the only way to contact them and I have had no success with them. It seems that no one understand the instructions on the return form and no one understands instructions on the tickets via email. I also got into an argument with Simon at UKSoccershop, he was arguing that one of the jersey that I returned said medium boys which was on the order and as I explained to him that the jersey I received was a small boys and that is why I return it. Once I finished arguing with him I asked him to send to correct product or my money back. I did not hear back from anyone, so I sent in another ticket. Then they kept on saying that they do not understand the request or that they will have someone look into it and no one responded to the ticket. What a bunch of bull! It just seems that they could not complete there end of the contract by sending the correct product or sending my money back. What a scam to steal money from people! It is not over yet, I will be complaining to anyone who wants to hear about UKSoccershop.
