ULC Solutions UNAUTHORIZED credit card charge! Scottsdale Arizona

I just received my statement from my Advanta credit card. I have not used that account since 2006 when I ONLY obtained, and repaid, a cash advance. I have NEVER used the card, or account, to charge ANY service or product in person or on the internet!

However, the current statement has a charge for $11.49 to "ULC SOLUTIONS" on 2-24-08. I found ULC Solutions on a web search, called the number listed, got a recording, and left a message. No reply.

I also completed the complaint form on the web site for the AZ Attorney General and I hope others who have similar unauthorized charges will do the same! http://www.azag.gov/consumer/complaintform.html
