I was checking my Bank of America, Military Account on-line, when I noticed an un-authorized pending transaction. I immediately called the Bank and learned from Bank of American that this transaction was to www.ULCSolutions.com

I told Bank of America this is a fradulent, unathorized transation in the amount of $11.49 (which is the exact amount another person reported that this company charged their credit card as well). This pending transaction is from Monday, March 25th, 2008.

I immediately cancelled my bank card and ordered a new one. The only time I have recently used by Bank of America Card it to pay a Dentist in Maryland. The card has been safe and I still have it in my possession. I do not know how ULC solutions got my credit card/bank card number, or whether there is a person in the Dentist's office selling card numbers or what is going on.

Be aware of this company and their unathorized credit/bank card charges.
