Ulta Beauty & Cosmetics Train Wreck On My Hair & Makeup, Very Unprofessional Petaluma California

I went to Ulta to have my hair and makeup done for a special occasion and left practically in tears.  The start of this train wreck was due to my hairdresser being a half an hour late!  She slowly worked on my hair while hardly even paying attention to what I wanted my hair to look like.  My hair then took way longer than I was told it would take.  Therefore, the makeup was late too.  

The girl I first made the appt. with told me that I would be out of Ulta in 1 hr 45 min so that I wouldn't be late for my event that night.  An hour and a half had gone by before anyone even asked me what I wanted my makeup to look like.  Worried about time, I had to scramble around the store looking for products that I wanted to have used for my makeover on my own!!!!  The whole point of having your makeup done is having a makeup specialist that knows what products to use and how to apply them.  I had no other choice but to literally show her exactly what I wanted.  I had to show her every single product she put on my face.  It was pathetic and honestly embarrassing for her.  I could have done a better job myself with the products I had at home.  

The so-called makeup artist sped through my makeup because she could tell I was pissed about how long the hair had taken.  I had to stop her because I needed to be out of the store after having been there an extra half hour than I was supposed to be.  Everyone in the salon seemed to notice that I was not happy and was completely stressed about time.  None of the employees at Ulta gave me comfort or treated me as a paying customer.  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
