Please be fully aware when intereviewig and or applying to this company.  Unfortunately when the owner and the company have very poor ethical management skills it will prevent you from being successful and you will not make the money you thought or were lead to belive you could make. 

Its unfortunate because there are many great employees here but unfortunately in the sales world you are held to a pipeline and activity that will ultimatley make or break your salary and commissions.  They use nothing but old broken equipment when you are required to demo the equipment for a customer.  You can only make one first impression and you WILL NOT when using poor, old, dirty and broken equipment.  Therefore this holds you up in contracting and completeing the sale.  It takes weeks to get a proposal generated, pricing questions answered, service calls and repairs complteted to your customer.  all of this affects YOU making money.  And you are required to sell a minimum of $1000 a month in order to obtain commissions and keep your salary at the initial negotiated base pay or that wil be reduced.  There is one service tech to cover a territory of 7 sales people which will reduce your demos etting installed timely or at all.  UBS is behind the times when it comes to products, equipment and technology.  So do not plan to try to seel or compete with the competition because you can't.  All of this is going to make you work so much harder for so uch less and at the end of the day you will be held sccountible to a position and a sales quota you will not be able to meet. 

Rules of the company and the sales team change every day where you cannot keep up.  THe company has NO tools in order for you to be successful.  No tablets to enter yor required daily activity, no business cards till you prove you can meet the $1000 a month sales quota, No commissions if you change the deal or sell out of your territory although previous approved by managment, comapny cars are in deplorable conditions with very little insurance coverage and lastly you will be required to use your own cell phone for company business until you prove your able to meet $1000 monthly quota and then they wil purchase you one. 

So please do your homework and save yourself the headache and waste of training here..............I know cause I wasted almost a year myself here thinkiong I could change things around.  Nope!
