Ultimate Chopper, LLC ripoff, failed to repair or replace chopper after almost 1 yr of being put off Los Angeles California

I returned my chopper in June of 2005 which I received as a gift.
After using it only about 10-12 times the motor quit working. I wanted to have it repaired or replaced as it was still under warranty.
I called the company in November of that same year and was told it was on back order, I just called this week (Feb 8, 2006)They told me that they dont make that model any more and that are no parts or choppers to replace the one I sent.

They wanted me to buy the newer model and I declined.
I just want a refund of my money at this point
