Ultimate DVD Avenue Ultimate Dvd Shop Sold me tv recorded shows, they keep telling me they will refund my money but haven't ripoff Internet

I was looking for a box set of DVD's .The Ultimate DVD shop had them at a good price so I ordered them. It took them over a month to get them to us.

When they arrived we put one in to watch it,how disapointed we were to see they were just recordings off someones tv in Pensylvania.They are very poor quality and some of them won't play.

I contacted Marie online for a refund, at first they wanted to send me a another set. I said no I just wanted a refund she said ok, they would send me a postage paid envelope to return the DVD'S in and that I would be refunded in 6-12 day's.

I have also spoke with Jen. Once they told me they could only replace them or give me a partial refund and keep them, we told them that was not acceptable and wanted our purchase price refunded. They said o.k. in 6-12 day's again,but we are still waiting.

I would advise anyone who might be considering a purchase from this company Don't you will very likely be sorry.
