Ultimate Facial company will not give a refund even if its less than 30 days, even if you will return the product intact,unopened. They would say ,"you should have called within 15days for cancellation & refund which is in your e-mail". Even if you didnt receive your email bec. they said its in the agreed terms & condition upon ordering for the trial which im sure not really that emphasize so people would miss & would be their reason to get money from people .The product you would received doesnt have a paper that says you will be charged after 15days( or maybe she said 8 days). They are really out to " RIP US OFF!!!! They want our money thats why they will not accept a return even if the product is totally intact. Maybe nobody s buying their product & theyhave to force it on people who missed the 8days deadline to cancel, bec, they didnt emphazise the 8days deadline.
So beware! I hope whoever read this, that its not to late yet for you.
