Ultimate Grant Secrets Rip off and multiple addresses/phone numbers Indianoplis Indiana

This company is not only a joke but a fraud as well! After being led to their site by a 3rd party I of course was eligible for the CD, there is where it all began to fall apart!

I am disabled single mama and wanting to start my own business soon so I thought free grant information for $3.95 s/h for the cd was a great deal, I was wrong.

I never got the CD, got charged $79.95. I called for 4 days straight, then went to their site and emailed my cancellation since I could not get through their either busy or forever ringing number(s) I was then charged $29.95 for the cancellation! I called 866-960-0858 and talked to 2 different people (one at ext1 the other ext 12) both saying I would FULLY be refunded the total of over 105.00 for everything within 24-48 hours. I told them that that were a fraud and that I was going to the BBB and FCC as well, all they said is "we are sorry and have a nice day." I told them both as well that if the money was not back into my account by 48 hours I would call them back and really give them a piece of my mind, I was told not to worry the money would be there.

Well as you may have guessed its not, and I am steaming! I believe that we should all find a lawyer and file a complaint as a class action suite, this is absurd!

As I researched complaints I found 3 different addresses and numbers all the same company (even with a different name):

I am almost afraid to take it to my bank because of some of what I have read like: only getting partial refund to they can't do anything!
