Purchased a vehicle from Ultimate Motorsports that was advertised on Ebay. Asked sales rep to give me a detailed report of the vehicle condition, to which she said exterior is perfect, radio doesn't fit perfectly. Had vehicle shipped to my location.

When vehicle arrived, it wasn't even close to what was described in the auction! Auction stated the vehicle had keyless entry, 18" wheels, fog lights, factory subwoofer. Vehicle didn't have ANY of these things!

Also, exterior had scratches, and multiple dings.

Rear tail light was completely broken/missing.

Front clip was not secured to bumper well.

Immediately emailed/called dealer. Sales rep passed me to the owner, Omar.

His response - "It's a salvage title car that was bought well behind book"

I have emailed Omar 10 times and called 10 times. He hasn't returned any of my emails or calls.

Asking him for a $500 refund of the sales price, which is WAY generous on my part considering the items that were misrepresented.

Should have looked at the BBB rating for Ultimate Motorsports prior to purchase. F Rating with over 33 complaints against them.

It's common...

I have purchased many vehicles on the internet without looking at them. I know that there is inherent risk with the condition of the vehicle. In this case, it was mostly the false advertising that got me.

Anybody who would even consider buying a used car sight unseen on the internet needs serious professional help due to their gross lack of common sense.
