You would want to buy a Kirby because it doesn't have to be in Consumer Reports to be a quality product. Kirby is the only metal home care system on the market. It has the longest life span of any other. There is nothing on the market today that even comes close to being compared to the Kirby. It is in a league of it's own. That is one reason why it is still sold by in home demonstration.So much would be missed and wasted sitting on a shelf at walmart.They retail for over $2000.00 and are worth every penny. If you have pride in your home and care about the cleanliness not to mention the health issues than you too would own a Kirby. Our company is very honest and does the best that it can to service the public.  If you wanted it out of your house that fast maybe you should have mailed it. It's not like your 150 miles away from Knoxville. The Federal Government makes the consumer cancellation laws, we just follow them. Unfortunately consumers don't always read what they are signing and want to put blame else where. We realize that customer service doesn't end with the purchase of our equipment it begins. We would never treat a customer with disrespect and we certainly wouldn't throw them under the bus for being a bad customer in our eyes. Like the bible says You were blind but now I hope you do see every story has two sides and I know it also says you shouldn't bear false witness against your neighbor.
