I currently am employed with Urban Development Solutions and I for one can attest to some of the false accusations made in reference to my employer. First and foremost I would like to appologize for your inconvienence. Secondly I would like to say that I do understand the confusion or aggravation that you must have felt.

However ALL of our reciepts cleary state in bold red ink that all checks are to be made payable to Ultimate Unity Inc. Ultimate Unity Inc. is the actual account in which our finances are processed through. Urban Development Solutions is the name of the program in itself.

The program actually benefits alot of inner city youths and members of society that just needed a second chance in life. Those that are willing and want to make a change in their lives but needed a hands up.

The magazine industry within itself is creating jobs all across america for individuals like myself. Therefore there can be anywhere from 1- 100 different forms of programs such as ours but we are not all the same. There may be similarities in names but There is only one Urband Development Solutions.

As well we are not funded by government assistance. Mr Mcclain himself personally pays for most of what we do have with the help of graceful hands inc. 501(c)3 Organization Tax I.D 45-0698099. We earn a honest commision off of each purchase that is made as well as an oppurtunity to move higher in life through the trainings and oppurtunities that are placed before us.

I totally understand your concern and I apologize for the misunderstanding. We are a seperate organization from the rest and stand to correct OUR mistakes and will respond to any complaints that are made from here forward to keep the integrity of our name as well as President McClains.

I had a positive experience with this company. They young lady that came to my door presented herself in a very professional and personable manner. She simply stated that she was trying to get ahead by going out and talking to people and learning how to present herself to the world as a business person. Nothing was said about a charity at all. She told me about how the company had helped her with her self confidence. At 19 she was doing a great job presenting herself to people. I did order one magazine and she promptly told me about my right to cancel and told me how. There was a hefty $15 handling fee and also it would take 90-180 days to start my subscription. When my husband came home, he was not happy that I had spent the $ - so the next day I called the customer service # on my receipt and spoke to a very professional adult who gave me no hassle at all and told me she would try to return my original check. The other day I got my check back in the mail- my original check, uncashed. I have no problem at all with this company and if you're questioning them - don't. Everything with me was done honestly and above board.

Cindy, one individual made a mistake as to the correct name of the payee on your check, the check was successfully and safely returned to you.
