Company called me and sold me a vacation package by claiming to be able to get me a refund on a vacation package that I had bought and never been refunded for. They claimed that with the refund I would be getting ten dollars credited back to my visa card and (sounds too good to be true ) vacation package. They charged me for the new package but never got me the refund. They stalled me for months ,claiming that the refund was comming any day now. Now they are refusing to refund the fee they charged me even though the original refund they promised never came. After filing a dispute with my credit card company which was denied they now want to charge me a cancellation fee. It's just wrong.
