Ultimate Warranty Co, Vehicle Services, Mepco, And Capital Assurance Co is a ripoff, a scam, and a fraud with all parties involved. Rocky River Ohio

Ultimate Warranty led me to believe I was purchasing warranty coverage that would cut my car repair cost in half. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I called Ultimate Warranty because my vehicle was in need of repairs and I wanted to make sure the repairs were covered under the Platinum Warranty Coverage Plan that I purchased from Ultimate Warranty. The cost of the plan was $3,190.

I was assured the repairs were covered under the plan I purchased and I took my vehicle to a Volvo dealer in my area that honored the Platinum Warranty Coverage Plan from Ultimate Warranty. The Volvo repair shop contacted Ultimate Warranty and the repairs were approved and they received an authorization code to complete the repairs. Some time later I took my Volvo back to the repair shop to have an oil change.

I was then informed that Ultimate Warranty had not paid the claim from the repairs previously completed on my vehicle. I immediately contacted Ultimate Warranty and was informed that the company did not have the funds to pay the claims they had received. This news was more than shocking.

I felt as though my reputation has been damaged with the repair shop even though the blame lies completely on Ultimate Warranty. I am requesting a refund in full for the plan I purchased from Ultimate Warranty. The plan is not worth the paper it is written on.

How can a class action suit be filed against this company?
