However, his website does not work.

The first time I clicked 'submit', his website claims a problem with my Paypal account and says it did not go through. So two minutes later, I click submit again and it worked. I received the product.

When I checked my Paypal statement, both transactions were completed and paid through the credit card processor clickbank to ultimatemolecontrol.com. When I contacted Jon Ochs, the owner of the website, and asked him for a refund, he claims that he only has a record of one of the transactions. But Paypal shows that both were paid, and I did confirm this with Paypal. Paypal cannot refund a completed transaction.

Jon Ochs is a crook...or his credit card processor is. Since the amount is only $17, he is hoping people give up the fight for the refund.

I'll believe Paypal anyday over this guy!!!
