My relative got a dog from this place, it was our first dog we didn't know what to expect. When it arrived it seemed healthy, maybe a bit stressed from its travels through the airlines. Once we knew Starmye was legit we had another puppy sent, because we knew she truly existed. After a few weeks we notice our first dog was acting very strange, she was terrified of people, even us who she lived with. We loved her but wanted to help her adjust we even hired a personal trainer to help her and us understand what was going on.
After almost a year with us she never adjusted, there was something mentally wrong with this dog we got from ultimate puppies aka Starmye. I emailed Starmye about my concerns and she NEVER returned my emails, I guess after she got our money she didn't need us anymore. That isn't even the worst of it, after having out little girl one year she had a type of seizure and died. She had a genetic heart problem, we had a warranty with ultimate puppies aka Starmye Halpain it didn't matter she never did anything about it even though we had her guarantee. If we wanted to take her to court because of her contract it would have to be done in her area at our expense, who can afford to do that.
Now on to our second puppy we received within a week of our first. Starmye didn't know we were related but after 2 months our second puppy died. This too was ignored by Starmye Halpain aka ultimate puppies.
I wanted to share our experience, to warn other people. But in the end it is your choice, she is very convincing and seems to care but that is before you make the purchase.

I USED TO RAISE K-9s for law enforcement and chihuahuas until the general meaness in the world caused me to fear for the safety of my precious puppies soI stopped breeding dogs in 2000!
I WILL GIVE YOU THE ADVICE I WOULD TELL ANY OF MY CUSTOMERS AND THAT IS I NEVER SHIPPED ANY OF MY PUPPIES FOR ANY REASON!
IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY BIG MONEY FOR A PUPPY, YOU HAD BETTER COME AND PICK IT OUT IN PERSON TO SEE WITH YOUR OWN EYES WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET AND SEE WITH YOUR OWN EYES THE SIRE AND THE DAM AND SEE THE SHOTS BEING ADMINISTERED TO YOUR PUPPY BEFORE YOUR EYES OR SEE THE PAPERS FROM THE VET WHICH YOU HAD BETTER CALL AND VERIFY SO THAT YOU KNOW THE PUPPY WON'T DIE OF PARVO VIRUS OR CORONA OR DISTEMPER AND IT HAS BEEN WORKED AND IS READY TO GO HOME.
A CROOKED BREEDER CAN CHEAT YOU SO MANY WAYS YOU'D BEST GO AND SEE AND PICK OUT YOUR OWN PUPPY.
AND WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT, YOU WOULD NEVER SUBJECT A HUMAN INFANT TO BEING SHIPPED IN A CRATE HUNDREDS MANYBE THOUSANDS OF MILES SO WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO DO THIS TO A LOVING, PRECIOUS LITTLE PUPPY WHO WILL LOVE YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING OR ANYBODY ELSE EVER WILL???????
THIS IS A LIVING, BREATHING ENTITY WITH A SOUL AND YOU MUST RESPECT IT AND TREAT IS ACCORDINGLY.
I HATE TO SOUND CALLOUS BUT PEOPLE WHO EXPECT INSTANT GRATIFICATION AN PUPPIES SHIPPED UNSEEN FROM PLACES YOU DO NOT KNOW AND HAVE NEVER VISITED FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE PROBABLY SENDING OUT THEIR CULLS AND MISFITS AND SICK PUPPIES...WELL, YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT YOUR DOG LOCALLY.
YOU HAVE ONLY YOURSELF TO BLAME.
