Ultra Green Coffee Provided no information with product to possibly quit trial. This includes in and outside packaging. Willmington Delaware

  When I purchased the items I was informed to pay S&H for a trial. When I received the items they came in 2 separate basically unmarked envelopes with no information or receipt inside and a generic warehouse return address. There was no possible information provided inside or outside the packaging (ex: Company Name, phone number, website, email)

  So, being that I had no contact information to get in touch with this company that sells products similar to thousands of other companies I would just wait till my bank had the charged info for the initial purchase.

  I get online to check my back account and I have two charges, each near $100!! I called my bank and got the phone numbers of the companies that made the charges. I called them and they told me my trial was up after 14 days and I was now past the period and had to pay full price for the items.

  Here are my issues. 1.) I haven't had the product for more than a week, so how can my trial be up? 2.) You can buy the same product anywhere online or a local store for way...way less than $100 a bottle! I saw no information initially about a cost after the trial. They also didn't provide me a shipping address option, it went directly to billing address.

  So, in humor, even if I was in totally inebriated state, nobody in their right mind would purchase these items for more than even $30 a bottle, more or less $100.
