Ultra Herbal - Revitol ripoff fraud Internet

I ordered the product revitol (anti aging serum, cream, and complex) total cost - $109.90. The product didn't do anything described on website. Instead made my face break out. I used the products for 1 month as directed with no results. The second month a refil set was automatically shipped to me for $59.90 (I'm not sure why the first set was twice as much the cost as the second set.) The website stated there was a 90 day money back guarantee on the first set and a 30 day money back guarantee on the refill set.


When I received the refill set I called the number on the packing slip for a "return authorization number and instructions" as instructed on the packing slip. I was directed to a website to complete a return authorization request form. Upon completion and submissin of the form, a pop-up advised me that I would be contacted in 24 hours. No one contacted me. Over the next 35 or so days, I submitted 3 more request forms, called customer service twice (a call center), sent 1 email, and contacted the on-line chat representatives 3 times. Customer service and on-line chat reps only refered me back to the on-line form to complete. They would not give any information about the company, its location, or how to contact them directly. No one ever responded to the online form submissions. The website clearly states the return guarantee, but they do not respond to honor it.
