I ordered a product over the phone from , videosecuritycam.com a.k.a. Ultra Imaging Solutions that has turned into a real nightmare. The product came defective from the main source, the equipment was used and had scratches wear marks all over it. When I called the company, Robert Christie who called himself the top head of the company, outrageously yelled at me that he would repair the product and send it back to me repaired.
I told this man that I paid for a brand new product on good working conditions so I wouldn't accept a repaired product that came defective from their warehouse. However, Bob Christie refused to send a brand new product as I paid for it.
Therefore, I asked Robert Christie for a full refund. After yelling at me Robert Christie refused to give me my refund saying that their company doesn't give any refunds and hung up on me.
VideoSecurityCam.com aka Ultra Imaging Solutions is a rip off because they sale defective products and then refuse to honor their guarantee policy clearly stated in my original invoice:
After some research I found that Ultra Imaging is being sued by national banks for more than $700,000. And Scott Christie Vice President of the company will not provide accurate financial documents to the State of California.
Further I found that they actually had stolen most of their sales literature from other on-line companies and are beings sued for copyright infringement. Robert Christie and Scott Christie are clearly dishonest businessmen and dont care who they hurt or steal from.
Stay away from Ultra Imaging Security Solutions or Videosecuritycam.com a.k.a Ultra Imaging Solutions located in Santa Ana, CA because their products are defective, they disregard their own guarantee policies, they steal their marketing material, they don't pay their bills and they humiliate their customers.

First let us start with ...We are not perfect. BUT we have NEVER shipped a used item. Especially to this FAKE customer who is actually a company in UTAH.
Second ... If a package was shorted a connector or a cable etc... we SPEND ANY MONEY needed for FEDEX overnight to get the complete package to you the next day. We are 33 years in business, and family owned and are willing to lose money with overnight expeneses to make sure the customer is happy...IE: if (1) one .80 cent connector is missing, we will spend $30.00 for a overnight package to get it to you the NEXT DAY.
Third... as mentioned in the complaint, the owner Bob Christie NEVER talks to customers ( but he will.. call and ask for him ) he is handling bills and management, etc.... His son Office manager Scott will take the call , and make things right or his father will take it out on him like a son, more then a employee.
