Ultralife Fitness ripoff liars Internet

I was on the internet looking for diet help so I come across ultralife.I try their product for a free trial that one of the reps says that I would see results in 7 days.Okay so i gave it 11 days no good results. So I called and canceled and I talked to a man rep who took care of everything, and I clearly asked him if i needed to do anything else because I didn't want them taking from my account.He asured me that I woould not have any problems and this was in AUGUST.In November I happen to be checking my account an notice that someone had took 48.00 out my account.

So I called them the next day to talk to manger and they gave me the run around and saying that they could not refund me my money, and that I have to go to the online fitness and cancel.So I tried that that didn't work, and I kept calling them until they stared blocking my number out.Now I can't get a hold of anyone and you know what I checked my account for this month and they have taking another 24.00 out of my account.Help I don't want them to keep doing this.I also had called the news reporter in Utah to report them and she was willing to help, but she had alot of reports for the thanksgiving week and she didn't call me back. So I will give her a call beging of next week.I want my money back please help.
