Please be advised of a very unfortunate experience I had with A. R Jothi Raman

It all began 2 years ago 2008  when I met A. R. Jothi Raman after doing a internet search. At first he assured me that he was a very honest and reliable Indian seller and that he would never cheat or lie to me and that I could trust him. We did a few transactions and I began to develop trust in him and his company. He does not accept paypal only Western Union payments. Looking back I should have realized that this was a red flag but I continued doing business with him not realizing that I was doing business with probably the most dishonest, unscrupulous, conniving Indian seller. A. R. Jothi Raman is a very skillfull  professional Con Artist.

When you first do business with him, he will impress you with his excellent service, he will ship your goods immediately and he will even ship them and allow you to pay after you receive your delivery, this way you will believe he is the most honest person you are doing business with, so then it will be easier for you to send him larger amounts of money as he lures you into a trap. I believed and trusted A. R. Jothi Raman so much that I would have done anything to help him, so he asked me if I would allow him to use my paypal account so that a few of his customers would send money to me, then I would  forward those payments to him by Western Union. I was stupid enough to believe that I could trust him and in a matter of days I received my first chargeback complaint from paypal, advising me that they did not receive the goods they purchased from Uma Fashion, INDIA. I contacted A. R. Jothi Raman and told him that I had to return the money to his client as I did not want to have any problems with my paypal account. In a matter of days there were 2 more complaints and I eventually had to return all the money. A. R. Jothi Raman assured me that he would reimburse me for those return payment but he never did. During this period I had also sent A. R. Jothi Raman $993 but he never sent the goods I ordered except for a small delivery of Fake items from China. A. R. Jothi Raman Ripped me off  a total of $1614. I communicated with him for for 2 years now in an attempt to get my money back, all he ever gave me were false promises and excuses. Below is a detailed list of the 2 customers that A. R. Jothi Raman ripped off including the money I sent him. Nancy is from Canada and Franco is from Spain. He also ripped off David R , Arizona, USA

1.12/4/08 I sent  $269, for polo shirts

2.12/5/08 I returned $177 to Nancy in Canada from my Paypal account

3.12/6/08 I returned $135 to Nancy in Canada from my Paypal account

4.12/23/08 I sent you $724 for the nintendo wii, did not receive them

5. 12/31/08 I returned $309 to Franco Benavente  in Spain from my paypal account

TOTAL= $1614

I have copies of the Western Union payments and copies of the payments from my paypal account that were returned to his customers

Below is a email A. R. Jothi Raman  sent me where he promised to return my money, this is proof that A. R. Jothi Raman  is a con artist, liar and thief.
