Both these companies use written manipulation to sell a product that does nothing.  They send one month's supply as a "sample,"but the consumer must cancel in two weeks.  This is obviously a ruse on the off chance that busy people think they have a month and miss the deadline then are stuck w/the cost which is extreme.  Umoris has e mail so I was able to contact the company to stop further delivery, but apparently there is no return of the "sample" which ends up costing $4.99 for postage and $98.11 for a worthless product.  Interestingly, they do not send out a second product for the $98.11.  The consumer ends up paying for the sample, nothing more.

I am hearing impaired; I have a cochlear implant and hear well in person but cannot hear on the phone.  Hydroderm apparently has no e mail.  I have a CapTel phone but it is inadequate for business.  They put $79.95 plus postage on my Visa.  I wasted time at the bank, but they can do nothing until I have contacted Hydroderm.  Now I will have to change my credit card to get a new number as I do not trust either of these companies not to use my card again.  

Don't we have laws against scams like this?  No company should be able to put a charge on a consumer's card without advising the consumer first.
