I was able to get a return authorization and returned the merchandise. It has been over two weeks and I have yet to recieve a refund.  I ordered a $350.00 thermometer from this company via the Walmart website.  It was not the item I needed upon receipt.  I had to contact them for permission to return the item.  After 2 weeks I got an authorization number and was informed that I would loose 25% of the purchase price to return the item!!  I returned the item over 2 weeks ago and have not received a refund.  Customer service is unreachable and I am left wondering where my $$ is.  This long and hard about ordering from them!!!!!!!!
