Unbeatablesale.com Company doesn't ship orders Internet, New Jersey

I placed an order through Sears.com on 3/22 and I thought I purchased my merchandise from them directly. Unbeknownst to me, the order was actually through unbeatablesale.com. I received an email that indicated that my order would ship between 4/4-4/6 and notification that I should be receiving another email with order tracking information. I never received any tracking information and I never received my order. I contacted Sears who informed me that they have nothing to do with the order, they merely allow merchants to sell their goods using the good name (yeah right) of Sears. I received the information for unbeatablesale.com and contacted their customer service department.

The rep plugged in my order number and nothing came up. She contacted the warehouse and they told her that my order must be on backorder and that it would ship "at some point".  Those were her exact quotes! At some point....really! Needless to say, I am headed to my bank to dispute the charges since I will not be receiving my merchandise. People out there in cyberville, don't get complacent and purchase anything through Sears.com because you may actually be buying from unbeatablesale.com or some other untrustworthy vendor. I will never shop at Sears online ever again and I will do everything in my power to bring awareness to this shifty company unbeatablesale.com.
