On April 20th I heard about Unclaimed money discovery from a friend. I entered my name and it said I was on the list. I also entered my husband's name which came back with no results, therefore it didn't sound like a scam. I paid the 24.90 to investigate my matches, they advised me they found several. I was told I would have results in 3 business days. On the 5th business day I called to follow up. I had found out that they took the money out of my account twice, telling me it didn't go through the firs time. It came out two times. The lady said they sent me a email and that I would have the second withdrawal back into my account in 7 days and 2 weeks later I still don't have it and they claim there is nothing they can do. I argued with her for 10 minutes that I never received it. She said she would have the research team resend it. The next day I did get a generic email advising me the results they found could not be relinquished without further more information. I have given them all of the info they requested. I called them back two business days later after still not having any results or my money back. They advised me they would send results in a few minutes. They sent the same email as before. I have called every day since then with no conclusion. They laugh at me when I tell them they are a scam. I called them today because my membership is over today and they told me they are closed and I would have to call tomorrow to cancel my membership. I advised her I still never got my results and it's been two weeks and she just responded with ok call back tomorrow. This place should be removed from the internet. It is wrong!

With any business of this size and reach, complaints can be expected.  While most concerns are handled by Customer Service, there are occasions where consumers feel like they did not receive the service they expected.  While we regret these occurrences, as an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, we have found it is the most reputable arbitrator of consumer complaints.  It is difficult to respond to an anonymous complaint of unsubstantiated facts however, we will do our best with the limited information given.

Our success is dependent on the amount and quality of information we receive from the customer.  In the event we do not locate claims with a high probability the customer can be successful, we attempt to expand their search profile with additional information in the interest of being completely thorough.

Businesses that process payments with Visa and Mastercard must value and protect that fiduciary responsibility. Safeguards are in place to prevent duplicate transactions.  The customer will be able to confirm that a refund was not issued for subsequent charges because these funds were never withdrawn.
