Uncle Bart Auto Sales Bart selman Deceptive Trade Practices from Auto Dealer Garland, Texas

I purchased a car from Uncle Bart Auto Sales, but this dealer was "Curbstoning" selling out of his house which is not zoned for dealer used car sales. At first his advertisment claimed to be a private owner of a one owner car on "Ebay" in good condition, located in Garland TX. I am recovering from lung cancer surgery, and I expressed to the unknown dealer the car was for my care giver to service my needs in medical appointments.

 This car needs over $2500 dollars in repairs and is dangerous to drive as of the faulty  brakes. The engine needs major work, the transmission needs a clutch pack, the oil light comes on at a stop light meaning no oil pressure, and the brakes only operate on the front axle (2 wheel brakes), and won't stop a 3500 pound car in a safe distance.

The safety sticker is out of date by 8 months and was sold that way. Only at the end did he identify his self as a car dealer. He sold the car from his house using a computer for the paper work and temporrarely tags. Also the car will not pass emissions tests due to condition. He would not put this car on his lot located on First Street, in Garland, TX. Bart Selman is a rip-off artise and a crooked car dealer!! Watch out dealing with him!!
