I returned a garment to Under Armour, it was mailed on December 23, 2005. I have the USPS receipt to prove it was mailed to them. Under Armour refuses to refund my money for this item. I have spoken to them several times on the phone and each time the representatives refuse to rectify this problem, and all of their promises to "get back to me" never happen. They have never contacted me to fix their problem, despite their promises to do so.
They refuse to refund my money for the item I returned, despite proof that shows I did return it.
