I purchased the complete DVD box set of the show, "Newhart," and never received the item. I contacted them from their website, which had no phone number, and was sent an email telling me that my credit card was declined.
I then went to another website to buy the same DVD set because I wanted to give it as a present. This website told me that the order would be processed in seven days. I have yet to receive the item from this company.
I got a bank statement saying that both companies charged me and haven't received anything from either of them. The first company (unforgettable media) took my money after telling me my card was declined. The second company (tvshowmonster) has yet to send me an email or anything.
I would like to know how to get my money back from these scandalous, illegitimate companies, if one could call them that.
