Unified Window Systems Inc Didn't caulk a window and created a leak inside my home and refused to fix the damage Hempstead Village, New York

This is an update.  Two more rains have resulted in two more leaks.  The unified Window company does poor quality work and does not take the steps necessary to fix their mistakes. They have sent an assistant manager who looked and said many of my windows were not properly flashed by their worker. They keep telling that worker to come back and he keeps applying unsightly caulk. They need to reflash the windows. This company took $23,000 dollars and now my house leaks. The worst thing as this company will not take the steps they need to stop my house from leaking nor will they commit to compensating me for the interior damage these 3 leaks to date have caused. I now have had leaks in my kitchen three times and my bathroom and upstairs twice. It seems whenever a wind driven rain comes it is getting behind the siding and leaking into my house!  I will fight them till they make it right but you should save yourself this grief. Use another company. I wish they would have stood behind their work!  This si going on since 11/22/11.
