I'M the owner of Swat Bug Killers Barry Franks owner of unifix USA and I entered into a contract to build me two battery powered dusters for my pest control business Swat Bug Killers here in Las Vegas Nv. aug 2014. Long story short it took Barry almost two years to try & build them end result he was not able to build them for me based on technical issues in the working part of the dusters not performing to Barrys standards. Barry finally sent me some backpack sprayes  & a couple of small dusters that work pretty good not what i wanted but they work. Barry & I Have a good working relationship now that we got all this behind us. Barry is very knowledgeable when it comes to the pest control industries equipment needs I would recommend him for any your pest equipment needs. Thanks Jim Dunn

 We at Unifix have built and designed custom builds for customers in more then 10 countries and for more then 15 years. We also sell our own branded product lines in over 20 countries. Any references to (Barry Franks) in the complaint is untrue as he is just one owner of the company and the check was not written to him. This was a business transaction between Swat Bug Killers and our company. We specialize in spray technology and have patents in many spray products. Our technology and branded products are in over 20+countries. We are successful by working with what we know. The customer whom wrote this complaint had a right to do so as this project took us a long time to complete. That aspect is correct and custom units can take longer than expected however the dust was an issue and moisture especially was the issue causing technical problems in delivery of this duster. The rest however is not true, we've delivered every custom unit and this one was not an exception. This project was completed and the customer was satisfied. Unfortunately we should have declined the duster project as we had previously declined it for many years from many, customers. Jim was a long term customer of our products so we took on the build. We should of declined the build because our company emphasis is liquid sprays, aerosols, ULV etc this is very opposite of dust which dusts key feature is dryness. With the majority of our products being distributed in over 20+ countries custom builds are not a very big part of our business, however if we take it on for a customer we do finish it.
