I place an order with this company, actually spoke to a rep on the phone because it was a large order.  There was no email confirmation of the order, notification of shipment and the order was never received.  However, my credit card was charged. 


I have contacted the company numerous times by phone, email, and through their site link for support.  It has been a month and a half since I place the order and nobody has responded to me.
