I ordered a pair of Dansko shoes from UniformDiscount.com. They sent the shoes immediately, charged my bank account $113.58. The problem is that the shoes were too small. So I went back to the website, followed the directions for the return for exchange, which says I must have a return authorization number. I waited, and waited, and contacted and waited, but they never contacted me. After a month I reported them to the BBB. I also e-mailed the Dansko company direct and they talked to this company. Then I got a response. I sent the shoes back which they received on March 18th. I waited and waited and waited again. They have not contacted me to tell me they were shipping my exchange, they did not contact me to say they were charging my bank account another $7.10 for shipping. I received the shoes today and they are the exact shoes I sent back! I still do not have a pair of shoes I can wear, I still have not heard from this company, they have my money and had the nerve to charge me shipping. I originally ordered these shoes on February 22nd. Do not order from this company. They do not care about the customer at all.
