court and file an answer to their complaint.  Demand discovery.  Search the net

for "Debtorsboards" They are a com.  There help is free.  Tell them your story.  Most of the people on that board are in the same boat as you and can give you advise.

Now, Ripoffreport does not allow me to list the website because there are crooks

out there that want you money etc.  Try the hints that I gave you.

If its serious in the future file a complaint with attorney general of your state and the Federal Trade commission. Remember they have to harass cheat you or do something

they can not act as debt counseling service.

I had similar problems. In my case 3 credit cards all fraud.  It took me three years

to end it.

  You may be better Declaring Bankruptcy.  Its sounds like this is the only way to gain
