Why Would anyone hire this company to protect their possessions, Homes, lives!
The actual court record as can be verified by the Weld Count Colorado Clerk
1. Sexual Assault ( Dismissed on appeal by the District Attorney for inappropriate legal counsel after serving 3 years this was a plea bargain folks! )
2. Burglary FELONY ( Still Stands)
3. Trespass Felony ( Still Stands )
Obviously it doesn't matter that a family member owns the company on several occasions he admits owning the company and after being arrested for the possession of a weapon he was only suspended.

A one-time fire chief of Kersey, convicted and sentenced to prison

David Wright, 43, was arrested early Sunday while he was working as a
security guard at a Greeley bingo hall. He was wearing a handgun, which
is illegal with his prior felony conviction. Police arrested him about
2:30 a.m. Sunday at the Lucky Queen Bingo Hall, 298 6th Ave. in
Greeley, after the hall had closed for the night.
Wright works for Union Colony Security in Kersey, which is licensed
under his mother's name, Betty Goin. Goin said Tuesday that her son had
been suspended from the firm because of his arrest, "and he wasn't
supposed to be working there (at the bingo hall) that night."
But Lucky Queen owner Rick Baumgartner said Wright told him he was the
owner of Union Colony Security and had no felony record. Baumgartner
also said Wright had worked at the bingo hall before as part of Union
Colony Security.
Accused of having a weapon, which is illegal for a convicted felon,
Wright also doesn't have a city license to be a security guard. Records
at the business licensing office at Greeley City Hall show Wright once
applied for a security guard license, but he withdrew the application
before a background check could be made.
City ordinances state security guards will have a Colorado Bureau of
Investigation records check and will have their fingerprints checked
