Union Group Rachel ParezJulia Company said there is a "Claim" filed against us for Check Into Cash payday loan company Denver Colorado

A woman named Rachel Perez called saying we owe $575.00 for some payday loan at Check into Cash from 2011. I asked them where their office was located, the woman said "Denver I think". I asked why it wasn't showing up on our credit report and she said it was because the "original debt collecting company passed off the debt to them". They also said that the call may be recorded for training purposes and not an attempt to collect a debt like most debt collectors say. The man my husband spoke with said "He knows it was him that made the loan bacause there were video surveilience". I asked for this company to send us a hard copy of the debt owed which is recquired by FTC Law and she put me on hold for 30 mins "talking to her supervisor" I hung up and then less than a minute later she called me back from a restricted number with out me even giving her my phone number to begin with. DONT let these people rip you off! Google their address, its some shack thats broken down in a residential area with no business sign. Good luck folks.
