     This so called "mediation" company preys on unsuspecting consumers. They provide no written documentation of their "claims" involving erroneous, expired debts with Check Into Cash.  Instead they use so called "locators" to threaten and harrass people over the phone.  They have violated so many consumer rights with their scam. that once lawsuits are filed against them, they will be paying out any revenue their locators have managed to steal.  If you receive a call from this  fraudulent company (888-700-1771) do yourself a favor and hang up and report them to the Colorado FTC and the Denver BBB.  Do not pay Union Group a dime!  If you do have a debt with Check Into Cash, deal with them directly.
