Well, received a call back from a Joan Rivers (HA) at a different phone number from what I dialed. She/he acted surprised that I would call them about money as "payments are not handled here". I gave the person my claim number from the "winning" letter and she/he put me on hold for about one minute then came back saying yes there is an escrow account with $250,000 made payable to me but she/he would have to contact the European Lottery Guild (another lottery scam) to find out exactly how to handle this. Will be interesting to hear the results of that.
