Union Workers Credit Services Inc. PRE-APPROVED for a PLATINUM CARD Membership - Legally duping with misleading information Dallas Texas

UNION WORKERS CREDIT SERVICES is misleading by sending mass mails to general public and writing legally allowable product name called 'PLATINUM CARD' in their promotional material and duping the general public to believe that it is an offer for a Credit Card. If you read between the lines, it clearly says that "You don't have to worry if you have been denied access to a VISA or MASTERCARD. The UWCS Platinum Card Membership offers many benefits including a LOW, LOW interest rate of 5% APR all because you are PRE-APPROVED." 

Now, I read in the ripoffreport.com website from other participants that this company is selling Catalog Products for the Credit Line it offers. That is almost biligerent and wonder how innocent and naive people fall victims to frauds like this. Obviously, the Catalog Products are low quality imported products like electronics from Tony, Tanasonic and MangSung et al (imported from China) and sold at Sony, Panasonic and Samsung prices. That is where the catch is. Ok let's say even if they offer a 5% APR for a Credit Line of $1000.00 - the only option of Merchandise Purchase you have is from their Catalog. The Catalog is a jacked up version of street deals in Istanbul, Turkey where you will find a Hi! Phone for $350 - unlocked. 
So Buyers - beware!
