Union Workers Credit Services N/A $10,000 Credit Limit for $37 Dallas Texas

I was sent a letter to inform me that I was Pre-Approved for a Platinum Card Membership from Union Workers Credit Services with a Guaranteed $10,000.00 credit limit valid exclusively toward all credit purchases from credit provider! They told me not to worry if I have been denied access to a Visa or MasterCard. The UWCS Platinum Card Membership offers many benefits including a Low,Low interest rate of 5% APR all because I was pre-approved. So with that said, that's why I sent my $37.00 annual membership fee. On another note they said my $37.00 will be fully refundable with my first purchase using my $10,000.00 credit limit.

" with a Guaranteed $10,000.00 credit limit valid exclusively toward all credit purchases from credit provider! "
This says you can only use this card to buy something from the credit provider. Would you pay for a Visa card that was only good for buying items from the Visa corporation?
This card has been reported on this site for many years, but oddly enough, they give you exactly what they say they will. What surprises me is how they can find enough people to send $37 after they've read the offer.
Go figure.
