Union Workers Credit Services Promised a credit card, w line of $10,000.00 after pymt of $37.00. Now completely unreachable Dallas Texas

Back in October I was sent a letter, offering a credit card with a guaranteed $10,000.00 limit valid exclusively toward all credit purchases from credit provider. Saying I was already pre-approved for a Platinum card membership. All I had to do was send $37.00.

And it said my satisfaction is assured by a 60 day refund of money guarantee

So I mailed a check for $37.00 on 10/21/2014, I have made numerous attempt to contact this company through their web site (www.unionworkerscredit.com) which comes up saying website if undergoing maintenence. I have attempted contact through their phone # 214-424-6888. None of which offers any help other than to send comments to an address in Dallas Texas

At this time I am still within the 60 day money back guarantee, so I would like to get my $37.00 refunded if at all possible.
