Union Workers Credit Services This company sent me a letter saying I was pre approved for credit Dallas Texas

I receieved this offer letter today in my mail that if I send them 37.00 I automatically am Pre-Approved to receieve the credit limit with a 5% interest rate."Valid with all of the credit purchases from the "credit Provider" In other words means Credit will only be good for Goods sold by them or an Affilate-Catalogs,Magazines..Why Should I pay them for that ?? I can easily go to Fingerhut or Seventh Avenue-or there Affilates and get Catalog Credit!
This Alerted me as "SCAM" So I looked the company up..To begin with I am not even in the Union..So what is a Union Credit Card Service Company contacting me..?? I am glad I did research this online to be able to let everyone know that Its very unlikely any Credit Provider would ever send you a Credit Card offer with that Large of an amount listed on the Offer! Also..Carefully watch the way things are worded on any offer. Just a slight difference could very well mean something entirely and later cost you a fortune..
