We revisited the project and I have to say that Uniprogy did right and fixed all issues and even got the apps approved for both Ios and Android. The communication level is by far the best as compared to when we fisrt began. I have to say these guys made things right and even went the extra mile to make sure that we would repair this issue. We are still working on the apps but now its new tasks...

 You can make things right and fix the apps... I'm willing to give this another shot and let you fix these apps and make them functional along with making the site functional so that users clan log in to see activity. You and I both know that I was. Dry pro active with this project and went over a week without hearing from you. I was very patient and in the end, the product was not to standards. The ball is in your court and you know how to reach me.

 you claim apps delivered where same as source code, then why won't my apps function like the demo and why was I not able to see the web log in as a client? If so then why did you stop communicating and then say that Skype was not functioning on your end after I tried to contact you for 1 week straight? I was a legitamine customer who was going to spend money on this app and you just left me hanging. We both know that is. It good business. I tell you what, I'm willing to give this a shot again and give you the opportunity to make things right since we both know that I have money invested in this project and it's yet to be complete. You let me know what you want to do.

Client has ordered Streamini product and some customizations. Original (unchanged) product has been delivered and worked as expected, which was confirmed by the client. Customization project took more time than expected, because client kept adding more and more requirements on the way. Finally he decided to cancel the whole project and requested a full refund, which could not be provided, since full source code for the software has been sent to the client at that point. PayPal also took our side in this claim.

In this report client writes, that "The apps are are buggy and do not work as intended". Everyone can download and test our demo apps prior to purchase. We are selling exactly same source code that lies behind those demo apps, so there is no way they do not work in the first place.
