air duct work based on false estimate.and mistatements of facts. paid $ 1950 for flexible fiber air ducts that would connect to seven vents and take 4 to 5 hours to install. Only four vents were installed with flex duct and the other three were not worked on. It took 1.5 hours to do and the estimate was based on a per vent charge of $350 per vent. Was told i was getting a discount from the normal charge $ 2500.
