UNITED AIR CARE rip off Bloomfirld New Jersey

I decided to get my air ducts cleaned since I haven't gotten them cleaned since I moved in the house 3 years ago. I was a new home owner and recieved a coupon in the mail for duct cleaning for 49.85 which included all vents, 1 return and one main. I had a total of 7 returns. and they told me each additional return is $15/return and each access apnel $59 so after everything they told me $230...So I said ok and then after they inspected my system the total came out to $941..because of other things they found..being new I decided to go ahead with it..

when I went to the basement to see what was going on they made 2 big holes in my main ducts and 4 small holes and then taped them back up with metal sheets...and they did not even put all the covers back properly..stupid me did not properly check everything before they left and I gave them a check..but don't make the same mistake I did inspect everything properly before you write anyone a check.. and do not use United Air Care..I should have done research before hiring them..there have been a lot of complaints against them..I did talk to the manager and he bascially said I should not have signed anything and it was too late now to do anything about it. and the the people only spent 1.5 hours on the whole thing and the average is 3-4 hours...they also had me sign a piece of paper and made me rush through it later I found out it was a survey...
